What to include, by topic
A few details up front usually saves a round of emails.

Before you write
- No sound? Open the Keyslam menu and read the line under its name. The no-sound guide matches each message to a fix.

- Refunds: a full refund within 14 days if Keyslam doesn't work for you. Replying to your Stripe receipt works as well as this form.

How do I recover a lost license key?
Use the lost-key form on this page. Enter the email you paid with and the receipt number from your Stripe receipt (it looks like 1234-5678; your card's last 4 digits also work). If they match a purchase, the key appears right away. Paste it into Keyslam under “I have a license key”.
Is there a Keyslam support email address?
Not a public one yet. Use the contact form, and we'll reply by email. If you bought Keyslam, replying to your Stripe receipt reaches us too.
Where do I report a mistake on your comparison pages?
Here. Pick “Something else”, name the app and the fact, and link the source. Prices and trials change often, and we fix our comparison when they do.
